Valerie D’Costa is an executive leadership coach, meeting facilitator, trainer and a strategy and organizational development consultant, with over 35 years of experience in international, government, corporate, and non-profit organizations.

Circle Coaching and Leadership LLC's logo is an embodiment of its core values. The circle (the Japanese Ensō (円相)) symbolizes inclusivity, strength, grace, and openness. Painted in one movement, the irregular brush stroke represents authentic expression and an acceptance of the inherent imperfections of life. Within the circle is the silhouette of a person; because the ultimate focus of coaching is human connection and growth. The Ensō is open at the bottom, demonstrating that good leaders are always part of something greater than themselves.
